One of the things I think about before I go out to eat at Cap's is their dinner salad. Who does that? I never think about it when I go elsewhere. It must be special... and it is. Comes with most meals and I always get blue cheese.
When I'm not thinking about salad I like to take a picture with Denise, she's a muse.
Pepper Steak is my current favorite meal at Cap's. But I'm willing to change.

A friend and I stopped by Vic Stuarts this week. One of the appetizers we had was the Seared Ahi Tuna served rare, with wasabi, ginger, soy sauce and a taste of a vinaigrette. Very potent and tasty.
