Antioch Junior High School, photo caption correction, from last week. My friend Steve Scudero was there when the quake hit...

"Antioch Junior High School was closed in 1963. I was a student there. The earthquake happened in late May or early June of that year when I was in the eighth grade. We finished the school year with classes outside and the next year only the ninth graders went to AJHS and the seventh and eighth graders went to Park (double sessions). They tore the old buildings down and started construction on the new ones. We were able to use the multi-purpose room and the newest classroom building. We had PE at the high school."

Thanks Steve.
