Making "Eggs All Alone" Reminded Me Of My Mom...

Instead of crying about the fact I didn't have enough time to cook eggs, plus, pork meat-of-the-day, pancakes, fried potatoes or french toast, and miss my normal routine, I was comforted with thoughts of my mom as I stood over the stove looking at my, "eggs all alone." The thought "this is my mother's breakfast" came over me and I experienced a moment with mom again and everything was going to be OK. She didn't have much time, she was raising five kids, she ate this breakfast almost every day and never complained. I loved that special mom moment and I won't forget it the next time I cook "eggs all alone."
