This was the third annual Heart-to-Heart Ball fundraiser for the Elderly Wish Foundation. This years theme "an Evening in Paris" featured the gracious Barbara Jackson. She spoke of her joy at visiting family, on the other side of the country, one last time, because of the work and generous support of the donors to An Elderly Wish Foundation.
