This is the first year for me at Contra Loma for the 32nd Annual HOLIDAY RUN & WALK FOR HEALTH that started at 9 AM. The organizers, ANTIOCH DELTA KIWANIS & Senator Tom Torlakson, have done a wonderful job promoting healthy lifestyles and raising money for local charities. Sponsors include Pacific Gas & Electric, East Bay Regional Parks District, Comcast, Sutter Delta, Cypress Meadows and the City of Antioch. Runners included pre-school children, children of all ages, adults, seniors and their dogs! Thanks to everyone who made this a great East County event.
