The weather was overcast and cool, perfect for a FUN RUN through downtown Brentwood this gray Saturday morning. Grandson's and grandparents, mom's and daughters, sweats and tennies filled the field.

The "runs" started on time and everyone ran the best they could for the crowd and for themselves. The look of exhaustion and pride was on every runners face as they crossed the finished line knowing this was the best they could do today. We shared the excitement and joy for each runner for their committment and accomplishment and for just competing on this gray Saturday morning.
