Spoil Your Appetite With Something Tasty!
I wasn't looking forward to dinner. The plan was to add some chicken to my leftover rice and add a sauce for flavor. Doesn't matter Thai Sweet Chile, Down Home BBQ or Spicy Salsa it's still chicken and that's BORING to me.
Dreading dinner I opted to spoil my appetite with some tasty roasted vegetables. Two kinds of mushrooms, asparagus, broccoli, and some carrots. Marinated with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper. In 30 minutes I ate something tasty, healthy, and filling.
I'll skip the chicken tonight and go straight to dessert.

Like What I'm Seeing
The Giants are undermanned talent-wise but their new manager Gabe Kapler has them ready to play. I don't know many of the players yet because they are all new. But they are to quote an old phrase a "scrappy lot" and watchable.
The pregame and postgame shows with Kelli Johnson are not watchable. Wherever she is I will be someplace else. The only excuse for her being on these shows is to pander to women? She constantly talks over the people that I do want to hear from, Shawn Estes and Rich Aurilia. I would rather have a "bad jock" in her seat than this gal. Let her find her way covering women's basketball, volleyball, and softball.
Speaking of women in bad roles with the Giants. What's with this Alyssa Nakken as a base coach? What can this 30-year old girls softball player possibly bring to an MLB field that a grizzly 45-year veteran baseball coach can't? Publicity? Feminists? Do you want to attract more women fans? Put a better team on the field, if a couple of the players look like Brad Pitt or Shawn Wayans that will do it.
