El Campanil Theatre proudly welcomes back two Bay Area favorites for a powerhouse evening celebrating The Best of the Blues!

TIA CARROLL – Female Blues Vocalist of the Year and internationally acclaimed Delta Blues Star – brings her rich, soulful voice and world-class energy to the stage. Born and raised in Richmond, Tia began as a rock singer with the band Yakety Yak and has since built one of the most impressive resumes in West Coast music. She’s shared stages with Ray Charles and Jimmy McCracklin, opened for Gladys Knight, Patti LaBelle, and Tower of Power, and headlined festivals across the U.S., Canada, South America, and Europe — including the Lucerne Blues Festival in Switzerland.

FRANKIE GIOVANNI (“Frankie G”), Antioch’s own blues virtuoso, has been a fixture in the East Bay scene for over 20 years. Known for his emotional, high-voltage guitar work and gritty vocals, Frankie led the fan-favorite band Killin’ Floor for nearly a decade. Influenced by Freddie King, SRV, and Clapton, his performances radiate passion and authenticity. Frankie also carries on the legacy of the Delta Blues Festival, producing the annual event that’s raised thousands in scholarships for local students.

Together, Tia Carroll and Frankie G deliver a musical event, not just a concert — a night steeped in heart, soul, and the spirit of the blues.
