Last Saturday a friend called and asked me to join her for breakfast. Two hours later I’m in “relax mode” and decide to fulfill one of my desires.
For weeks I’ve been wanting to suck down a $3.25 bloody mary @ the 19th Hole Casino & Sports Bar. Available weekends 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. But I always have something “important” to do and put it off.
Today I had nothing pressing. Everything I wanted to do work-wise was on hold so I decided to head to the HOLE to indulge my desire.
They make these drinks from scratch so I ordered two, spicy, to cut down on the effort, I like my bartenders HAPPY!
As I started on #2 I see two card tables playing Texas Hold’em and there was a seat for me!
The game was $3/$6. I decide to play tight and ease into the game (until I knew who the “bluffers” were). A couple hands into it I draw Ace/8 suited and decide to see the flop for $3. Another Ace/8, the dead man’s hand, for you Wild Bill Hickok fans, and raise. On the turn, I get another Ace! A full house and win about $50. 
A few hands later I get an Ace high flush and pick up another $60. It’s a good day!
The Alabama game is about to come on and I’m $99 up. I decided it’s time for me to go. The teller in the cage “tips me a $1” and makes it an even $100 win. Cheers!
